An official receipt will be issued through email to the recipient once payment has been verified.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to do a cancellation and request for refund, please read the following refund policy carefully.

• Cancellation before June 30 2026 will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus USD 50.00 administrative fee.

• Cancellation between June 30 2026 and August 15 2026 will receive 50% refund of the registration fee minus a USD 50.00 administrative fee.

• Cancellation after August 15 2026, you will NOT receive any refund of the registration fee. However, you may transfer your registration to another person, subject to approval by the conference organizers

• If the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, or travel restrictions, you will receive a FULL REFUND of the registration fee, or you may choose to defer your registration to the next edition of the conference, if applicable.

• All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretary by email at congress@icipec.org. Refunds will be processed within 90 working days of receiving the request.

• The conference organizers are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by the registrants as a result of cancellation or postponement of the conference.
